Is there really a diet solution?  Well the Diet Solution is a way of life not just a diet. It is based on your specific metabolic type. I want to give you an honest report and a quick review of what I discovered since I have been researching diet and health.

The Diet Solution is not just about losing weight alone,  it's also a long-term weight loss solution. If any of you are like me you have lost enough weight over the years to create a clone of yourself and in my case a clone and a half. Anyway lets get to the heart of this review.

There is I'm happy to report a clear focus on health. The program is about encouraging you to make better choices in regards to food and  health. It also encourages you to make better choices in  food selection and exposes some of the frauds of the 'so-called' healthy foods  in the industry today. You will actually learn to re-program your relationship with food and be able to train your mind for long term weight loss success. Thus this is the diet solution!!

A good friend turned me on to this program. Here is how they work the plan, You answer a simple questionnaire that will determine your metabolic type and each type has its own dietary requirement. After you complete the questionnaire and the body type analysis you will be able to progress onto choosing your diet.  A detailed meal plan is what The Diet Solution mainly consist of. Each body type is given a meal plan to follow and you will receive 20+ individual full days which will consist of meals and snacks and also includes plenty of recipes. So you have plenty of options to choose from and you won't have to worry about eating tasteless, boring meals.

The Diet Solution is not just about losing weight, it's also a long-term weight loss solution, which has a clear focus on health. The program is about encouraging you to make better choices in regards to food and exposing some of the 'so-called' healthy foods in the industry today as frauds.  You learn to re-program your relationship with food and train your mind for long-term weight loss success.  The program is in no way a quick fix diet, it's more of a long-term life style change. The majority of junk foods are not allowed and processed snacks will be replaced with nuts, raw vegetables, fruits, and plenty of other vitamin and mineral rich foods. Depending on which body type you are will determine the exact diet your given, but in general the sorts of food you will be consuming are lean meats, organic eggs, fruits, vegetables, fish, raw nuts, coconut oils. Actually it is kind of fun to introduce new foods into your belly and the best part is you look and feel GOOD in the process. Your even allowed to consume minimal alcohol.

This isn't like a lot of diet plans to lose weight because as I mentioned before the diet solution is a life changing plan a plan that let's you have a healthy life and enjoy your children, grandchildren and family more and hopefully for a longer period of time. Really don't you think it's time to step up to the plate and not strike out but hit a home run.

Further investigation suggests you won't have to take any supplements because the high levels of intake from nutritious foods means any supporting supplements would be pointless. The overall program is based around healthy eating choices that will give you a long-term weight loss solution and not quick fixes. The human body is not designed to lose weight at rapid speeds and any fast weight loss diet will normally come with a health warning.  People who lose weight rapidly always put the weight back on , due to the body holding onto more fat reverses in case of more sudden fat loss.  So this supports my clone reference that I spoke about at the beginning of this report.
